Had a decent day out Sunday in Darkest Somerset and came away with this little lot.
Using the Explorer II with the 11 inch Minelab pro coil in the cold and the mud.PaulB.

Wow Paul, what a great selection of finds,well done,is the top left artifact part of a thimble ?...you certainly did very well,and as for the "mud".. don't think I've ever got into such  a "bloody..muddy" mess in years...it took me ages to clean up all my gear !!..and the Mrs was non to pleased with the state o my clothes either !!.. LOL 😁..!!!

Cheers Chris the Charles Shilling was only three inches deep and blew me ears off lol
Am happy with the cut Quarter not missing much if you can find them.
Did you notice the Victorian sixpence is counterstamped on the neck with initials...was a good day out...Paul.

Almost forgot nobody could identify the bronze item but it has a rivet in it in the style of Medieval era
and a great Patina.

Hi again Paul,thanks for pointing out the over stamp..M&B...used to be a brewery in Birmingham called Mitchell and Butler's !!!..perhaps in the early reign of Victoria the brewery stamped coinage for their workers to have a cheap subsedised pint!.. LOL 😁 !!
Well just a thought !!
