Your pics are sooo big it’s hard to get an overall idea about it. It could have been in a fire from what I can see.

Open to speculation but my thought is 1900’s cast brass, Lurcher/Labrador and has been in a fire.
Brings to mind memories of ‘shadow boxes’ and lots of dusting.  Roll Eyes
