I received my order for a new MAKRO RACER "sniper" coil...just want to say absolutely brilliant service from start to finish.very fast service..also delighted to get a discount just for being a member of the Detecting Wales forum.

Amen Brother,
                        I have dealt with Regtons several times and never had any cause to complain about their service. I would recommend them to anyone, as a 10/10 company for support and after sales service.

I have dealt with Regtons in the past and found them to be good, however fairly recently I contacted them and to be honest seemed to be dis interested and not very helpful. I am afraid you only have to be like that with me once and I'm done. Sorry but I wont be using them again.

"You are only as good as your last customer believes." springs to mind. However Regtons generally get good comments and Nigel is a member of several MD forums..If you post on one of them outlining your experience I'm sure he would reply. They need poor feed back or they won't improve.

They received my 11" Deus coil 6 weeks ago for repair, it had to go back to Deus who unfortuantly had just started there 4 week holiday. So I rang Regtons Thursday after no reply from an e mail I sent !  I spoke to Craig he said the coil was back but as he had to go to Detectival Rally he could not go down to pick it up ! So I have to wait for rally to finish he did say he would look it out on his return....I hope to have it back soon.
I've never had problems with Regtons, and I trust I will be reunited with my trusty 11" coil soon  Wink
