Hi all found these last night plus the odd bits of slag.  I didn't think much of then until after cleaning noticed the "X" shaped stamps on them and also the pinched ends. All I can think of is copper or bronze ingots, any ideas?  Grin

not sure mate to be honest I have never seen them marked with an X like yours but typically a bronze age axe makers bits
