Very nice find Silky,To be honest at first i thought it was a Threepence but the mint mark doesn't fit that,so I'm wondering if the measurement you have given 19mm accounts for clipping ? Could it be spink 2561 third issue sixpence ? better see what Peter says Roll Eyes

taken the clipping into account an re measured 20mm the inside ring measures 13mm if thats of some help.
