Could anyone I'd that little ornate mount?And what's that thing,button like saying "rich orange"

Button quality mark 1790 to 1850, number of examples such as 'Rich Gold' or 'Rich Orange' used by British manufacturers.
Ornate mount looks like an Escutcheon cover.
