I started off with a Garrett ace 250, I had this for about a year or so then moved onto a Minelab xterra 705. I've had this now for about 18 months.

Started with a Nokta Fors Core and a 15" Mars Goliath Coil, added a Makro Racer with the added  5" coil which is superb with the smaller coil on iron infested sites, waiting for the feedback on the Nokta Impact before adding that next  Grin

Hi WELSHTOURIST....Great to see your a supporter of the Macro/Macro breed..Loved both machines that you mention,,...And with the basic red racer with the added use of a big Mars . TIGER coil there really isn't any need to spend any more cash..Best value for money anywhere (others may not agree..Lol...Good Hunting ..👍

The Mars Tiger will be the next addition for it, it's good  with the standard coil and superb with the little 5" coil, so makes sense to me to try it with a bigger coil as the feedback is good from others using a bigger coil with it, still undecided which to take next Sunday, the Nokta or the Makro as in use I've found very little difference with them...
