Finished tinkering with the Victorian Kilt Pin I found before xmas.
new bits added and a piece of Whitby jet carved and polished for hoof.
Pleases me no end to think just a month ago it was lying deep under Welsh pasture and now wife can wear it !

Did you get the jet on a visit to Whitby? I used to attempt a bit of carving using Serpentine from the Lizard - although in my case the effort wasn't appreciated!
