If only all dreams came true!

                                   After considerable dithering and indecision, brought on by fog and forecasts of bad road conditions, I eventually woke on Sunday to clear driving conditions and decided to have an other go at the beach were I found the old lead projectiles the other week. Thinking that I may have dropped onto part of an old Victorian firing range, I headed straight for the same area and worked against an incoming tide. The same area is over-littered with what looks like WW1 or WWII small caliber projectiles; not a single 50 cal or 20 mm.

                                   A mixed bag of decimal and pr-decimal coins was about the best I could manage; nine coins in all + three fishing weights and plenty of scrap that was imitating good targets.

                                   Tired, weary, and aching somewhat,I retired to bed rather late and dreamed that I was unearthing what looked like a roman hoard. Oh if only dreams did come true!
