Hi folks
Found this tiny button today, approx 6in deep on pasture
With my euroace.
Tried foil and spit test when i got home, rotten eggs, so pretty sure it's silver.
The only marking I can make out is what  looks like an E and a J.
Could this be a makers mark ? I assume the button is too small to have a full set of marks.
Thanks in advance for any info.
Cheers
Adrian

Thanks Nobby.
Interesting thought. I've had a few silver 6d and 3d
But this button is smaller.
Cheers
