Hi Andrew, I can only say with my Sovereign Elite, upgrading from the ultimate to the WOT made a noticeable difference obviously on ground coverage but gained a few more inches in depth, on the beach...for sure, kept the ultimate for inland though as it's lighter.

Yeh ok thanks, I haven't been on the beach detecting for a long while on account I sold my CTX regrettably, and a stupid move, I spend my time doing fields mate. I love the Deus but wouldn't use it on the beach no point it wouldn't compare to the CTX or the Soverign Elite!! I think come the winter I will see if I can pick up another Elite and a WOT coil, so in answer to your question not long hopefully Andrew....I do miss the lure of the beaches. Wink

Very deep coil the WOT, heavy but deep... Only one that could find a pipe on one of our farms.

SpineyDave has one for sale that will work with the eTrac if you get in touch with him, he hasnt sold it as he's moved house and its still in his shed... :
