Waited over two years for the hand operation phone call came last week   doggy white tights and gown on standby  no food or drink after four hour wait it got  cancelled. I've had another call trying again tomorrow worst thing is they flew the surgeon over from Cyprus to help out what a waste of money  first one cancelled due to hospital management.

Just had a few days at St. Barts, with my eldest.  The experience was first class.

All timings were kept to, and the after care and montioring was such that he was discharged 24 hours earlier than expected {albeit in rush hour!]. Mind you he was allocated a private room after his surgery!

The only downside was that there was no public wifi in any of the onsite restaurants or coffee shops .... one had to go use the pubs close by!

Good luck with your op, Mark.
