Yet again proving that the land you are walking over is much nicer than the stuff I get to walk over at the moment. Smiley

I've actually got to the stage where I haven't been detecting in three weeks or so (I was away for two of those), and almost can't be bothered to go out for a couple of hours today (quiet land, grass likely to be too long, might rain, last outing with GM 4 a waste of time as the machine is misbehaving, etc!). Need some decent rallies to perk things up again! (but then I mustn't complain if I am away over decent rallies!)

Well done yet again Paul.  It must be nice to find something Saxon.  High on our wish list.  I'm using the Deus and practically digging all signals except the grunts at the moment, but slowly getting used to it.  As you said 12khz definitely seems to be better on the pasture.  I'm going to try it on the beaches of Cornwall in a few days, fingers crossed.  Should be plenty of mown grass/silage fields available at the moment for everyone to walk over.
