Hi all
Just joined the forum. Have returned to metal detecting after an absence of about 40 years! Trying to get my head around these new fangled machines!!  Cheesy. I live on the North Wales coast so beaches are my main targets - been out today and found 4 fishing weights - is that better than the sole 1 new pence piece I found on my last trip out?
I am loaning a CScope CS1220R at the moment. Help and advice will be appreciated.

Hello seajay and welcome to the Forum. Can't comment on the  CScope. never used one but if it's a good machine for anywhere and everywhere go for a Minelab. Plenty around 2nd hand. Only downside is they are a bit heavy.
Have a look on Staffordshire Metal Detecting. Usually a few on there.

Hi Seajay, and a warm welcome to the Detecting Wales forum.
Plenty of good help and advice available if you need it.
And as Val said,a very good place to find a good selection of good used metal detectors is Staffordshire metal detectors, have a word with Kevin, he runs the business,he's a good bloke and normally has a good selection of quality used detectors.
Minelab's are great machines, and yes a bit heavy.
Anyway, I wish you every success in the future and I hope you find everything you go in search of so,GOOD HUNTING..👍
