Third time lucky as they say... As the long period of torrential downpours is now just a distant if painful memory we are now confident that the land near Abergavenny that Mike has found for us in will finally be in a fit state to hold a rally on. This has now been booked for Sunday 15th May 2016.

We will have about 200 acres of pasture available to us. Abergavenny has had a long and interesting history dating back well before the Romans so there will be potential finds from all eras, particularly Roman, medieval and post medieval.

As with our last rally I'm afraid the farmer has specified that no dogs will be allowed to attend due to concerns about his livestock.

This will be a DetectingWales.com members only rally and I'm afraid everyone attending must be over 16 years of age. Usual terms and conditions apply. Everyone who attends does so at their own risk and we recommended that everyone has civil liability insurance. If you are a member of a club you will probably already have this. Please check.
