It is good for you kev, I have always thought that, it is hard to convince people sometimes that it is also hard physical exercise when you do it!

Good exercise indeed gents - I always come home pumped. I used to wear a pedometer when detecting - my record is 11 miles! Its amazing how much you travel in a day unless you are griding - ahem John Pugh! Grin

That is what it is to me Steve. Switch off and lose yourself for a few hours. Perhaps with a few mates, have a laff talk shop and regardless off what you find it is still a great day.

I find that a couple of hours Detecting early evening after a Stressful day at work is just the medicine!
