Hi from the walton basin near radnor in the far east of the country and hope to get involved with a few discussions on hot topics concerning all aspects of not just detecting but also eyes only finds like flint and pottery. I am using a Minelab Quattro which i find real easy to use and my deepest and best find came from a 16 inch depth and turned out to be a medieval coin weight in perfect condition made from bronze. Have only been detcting for just over two years but that not knowing what you will find makes the hobby so worth while. Good hunting and maybe see some off you at a few rallies sometime.
