Unfortunately the Abergavenny farm where we were due to hold the DW rally on February 21st is not going to be available due to the land being once more waterlogged by the recent downpours.

We apologise for this but cancellation is unavoidable. We are, however, making efforts to find an alternative rally site for a replacement DW rally this month. If we are successful in arranging this we will make an announcement as soon as possible.

Hi all, im new to metal detecting And new to the forum
Have been advised today that your rally was postponed so there is chance of another up and coming event.
Like i said im a total new starter, though have had some interesting finds so far.
Im curious on how id join the rally, and the process involved.
Ill keep an eye out for the next welsh event
Thanks in advance

The next rally will be posted in the top right hand side of the Forum. When there are details shown, click on the box and it will bring up the barest of details - dates and rough locality. If you are signed in there should be a little sign up box which you click on and that's it! Rally details are sent out by personal message at about 7pm the night before and you pay on the day - usually £7.00.

Happy hunting!
