Hi all. I am after a Minelab Musketeer re-charge battery pack or standard battery setup a complete non working control box or housing would also do also I need a battery sliding cover to conceal the battery. If you have any off these items you could let me have contact me with the price thanks.

bit of a long shot but you could try the bloke Val Beachy and a few others use to get there minelab's repaired he may have a few parts from past repairs etc ...Val or Chef Geoff have his email Addy  Wink

Cheers for that ,I have acquired a musketeer XS for the amazing price of 30 quid + postage 45 in total downside is it came with no battery pack or rear door they are hard to get now ,I would like to get it running.

Battery packs are virtually impossible to get now but many users fit a cctv battery (below) as these last far longer than the normal it does involve adding a 2.1mm power plug which is pretty straightforward

For the plug you could adapt one of these

Thanks for the info Geoff I now that Steve at the Minelab repair centre also does a conversion for this at 45 quid but want to keep my costs down if I can in any case I would still need a cover, I got the detector at an amazing price £30 + 15 p&p just needs the bits I need but i do not know if it works anyway but could have a good machine running for very little cost. I have a friend  good on electronics I will pass this info on to him and see if he can sort for me.
