Was out for a few hours on my permission last Sunday. I did half a size of a football pitch.
Coins only went back to 1903 and loads of modern.
Found a nice fragment of an medieval pewter spoon.
Buckles, buttons etc.

well done...I'm sure with that many finds in just half a pitch size its seen plenty of activity in the past so you may have lots more finds to make hopefully  Wink

Well the buttons are certainly older than 1903, so there's some chance of earlier stuff.

And modern isn't to be sniffed at - you can spend that Smiley
