Hi folks. last night been talking  to Bob White a metal detectorist   on a metal Detecting Group chatting about Beach metal detecting and then we got around to chatting about different finds and he told me about a hoard he found in 2009 with is detecting friend of his , the excitement of finding it but also the aftermath of losing the land he found the hoard on when doing all the correct procedures and then the local council telling the press the exact spot the hoard was found telling them it was by the a certain road where all the tents where and then night hawkers going on the land and then the farmer bans Bob & his mate off there for good.
Link below of the hoard find.
