Where am I?

« on: November 29, 2015, 03:33:05 PM »

Well here is the results of last Wednesdays outing
1.Saddle Hinge
2.Grotty Roman
3. Blank Bag Seal
4. Mystery Fragment.

The mystery fragment has the look of Roman Brooch shape but is quite small and has hole on the back. Any thoughts people.

That's a nice makers plate wittsy. Wouldn't mind finding a complete one. Should think the mystery bit is maybe over  spill from either a cast or smelt.

Thanks Chris and Val. That is the second saddle hinge I have found, the first one was complete and had the same name on it. I gave it away to a lady who collects memorabilia of Pembroke. She loved it.
