Dont laugh before i even start to tell you.Went out with my mate several years ago it was a lovely day at first,then the heavens opened just as he got this cracking signal.I joined my mate and we started digging my mate was saying ,its a hoard a hoard, Roll Eyes ::)we were up to the eyes in mud soaking wet.The further we got the signal was excellent,we must of dug about 3 feet down an hour later after rests inbetween as we were knackered/Got there eventually have a guess what it was as the subject says it all an ENAMEL BATH turned upside down.Well you can imagine the language from us and the tears.Im still recovering from the shock 10 years later.Ive still got the same detector a fisher wouldnt part with it. hi john. i use a fisher to its a 1236x2 like your self, went detecting with
roman steve, dont worry you'll get to know him, well anyway went detecting
had a nice signal dug down and low and behold what was there four bombs,
you can just imagine the look on my face. well to cut it short there were 60 of them which had to be blow up by the army, spoilt my bloody day.

Im glad mine was a bath if it had been bombs like you say and i was in the hole well say no more.What went through your mind when that happened with all those bombs.Its a bit scary to say the least.Your still here to tell the tale.Dont know what were going to dig next mate.Watch this space. Grin
