Yes - I had a brain-fart - defo pellet in the centre - although I can't see the broken letters on either the obverse or reverse (yet) - in the half noble I have of the series, the broken letters are quite obvious

Thanks for all your nice comments , out again on a new permission so hope my detecting partner has a good find today. yesterday was stuff of dreams for me still can't quite beleave it .It  was on a charity dig so will make sure a few quid goes on the tin as the detecting gods were shinning on me that day. Wink
