well its here , a big thank you to regtons for everything spot on guys .

all assembled and charged up , had a quick read of the  instruction book , spoke to probono and celticspikey ( thanks lads  for the tips ) and i think im ready to give the Deus its 1st proper outing after a quick swing around the garden .

1st thoughts are positive , very good instruction manual , very very light and easy to assemble and set up .

might get a short session in one evening this week , will keep you all informed , let the games begin  Shocked Shocked Wink Smiley

Sounds like your a happy chappie,which model did you go for?my reason for asking is that I am going to need a much lighter detector, but its all down to price,anyway,all the best for all your future detecting expeditions 👍

cheers mate i got the 11" coil , remote and ws5 headphones  Smiley , not cheap but there are a few options available , check out regtons , gives you all the options available and they do a price match so you get a good deal and 24hr delivery  Wink

Takes me back 5.5 years when my first Deus arrived.

At that time everyone said I was nuts and look where we are today.
