managed 3 hrs this morning with the new Deus on old cut pasture .

set up in Deus fast and was soon into a few targets , i chose this particular field because it always throws up coins and bits and bobs so plenty of signals there for me to listen to .

most of the good signals seemed to be 70-90 over 90 tended to be big iron chunks  Undecided  , 2 silvers , a taff vale railway button a 1st for me some nice buckles , usual greenies , the oldest george iv farthing .

had a couple of faint targets but no number so dug em' and got a buckle at 9" and one of the silvers which was on edge at around 6/7 inches plus a few iron bits .

all in all very pleased with my new toy , a pleasure to swing , easy to understand and set up and seems very capable even on old pasture  Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley Smiley

That's a good first day out, watch for those signals over 90 because older milled silver and copper coins all come in at 90 + on gmp. Well done, it gets better with use. 👍👍

Well done Mike, I use Deus fast all the time and don't do too bad, can't be fussed with changing this and that, I find the factory settings are OK, just tweak now and again.

The Deus is a very good machine and I have had one for years ..It is great old pasture ,not for depth but a very sharp a\nd cut of response..Works great  through ismall iiron infested meadows..that the minelabs cannot ,as you know by re doing the same sites again with the Deus... Grin

Happy days Mike, so pleased you have pulled a few deep signals out I reckon your well on the way to a successful love affair mate with the Deus.....my buckle I recently posted was 10 inches easy and that's deep enough for me in this heat Smiley especially compacted ground and flint Wink Grin well done mate.

Well done Mike - glad you found some - was it the field we talked about? I ask because I found a Taff Vale Railway button in that field.......
