It's very heavy, probably a tin/lead alloy or maybe just lead. Its so irregular it looks like a horn. I just can't work out if its a part of a farming tool or weapon or a decorative leg off a container. It seems to soft to have been a garden tool. Has anyone seen anything like it? 90% of the finds on the field are of roman age. I've had lots of lead weights off the field so some industry could have been going on.
Thanks
