Hi guys, myself and keepmeteethinthejar….had a few hours on a new field I had not tried before despite having permission for many years mainly due to more productive fields. The field has an ancient track running alongside, has roman activity a couple of fields away on another farm and is only a few fields from a hill fort, so it certainly looked promising. Within the first 10 minutes I had a cut half (unable to find at the moment) and Paul had an almost complete short cross. Unfortunately nothing of any note fell to the coils despite an awful lot of signals as can be seen from my pictures, hopefully Paul will post his soon
