Second one is in nice nick for an Edward IV:

1549 Shilling, Second Period, 1549-1550, mintmark arrow

The one I found was cream crackered, but it could have been an even baser 3rd period shilling
Unfortunatly it isnt as good as the photo may show, its been bent like a love token and the top fold is badly cracked and only just about intact.
