Hi Muddy I did have a 6mxi for a little while and it's a sensitive bit of kit though this can be punishing if the ground is littered or heavily mineralised, you don't say how long you've been using the 6 so you may already know this, with the 14" I wouldn't attempt to turn the sens above 6 and on some sites you'll be lucky to get that. It does muck the balance of the machine up as it puts a lot of weight on your forearm and shoulder but Cscope do a modified stem to correct this Wink
