Not that deep, both BBS and FBS need a fairly dense surface from which to calibrate their "ground balance" arable ie ploughed land is full of voids a bit like a bar of Aero and the Minelabs can't settle properly as they can't get a base line from which to work. Wink

Dances With Badgers has an excellent beach machine for sale [PI]. Takes a bit of practice to get used to its potential, but it has a great reputation - and the price is right.  Smiley

                        I had a quick peep at that but decided to keep saving for a new Safari. I see that one of the dealerships offers interest free Safari purchase, over eighteen months.  Undecided
