Ahhh that's what I wanted Slim Pickings, WSM is not an easy beach especially since the pier burnt down as it's littered with alloy and scrap, an were near the pier, it can be good further up the top end (Uphill) I heard Westward Ho washed out well around last Christmas nearly took a trip down but was drawn to other beaches in a similar state Shocked bring on some more storms eh ;)well done on the ring photo fine.

Yeah WSM not good now since like you say the pier burnt, but I have had a lot of rings there over the years at the right time, not now though tons of sand and mud on the lower beach, also I missed Westward Ho when it stripped out,I was near it as well and didn't go there
  ???me off that did. Angry

You guys over in Taunton/Woolacombe and indeed everyone else, there is a chap there about to start sharing his finds over the winter on FB, his page is "Combing TheBeach".  I met him whilst on holiday in Woolacombe a few weeks ago, seems like a nice chap.
