Well now that's a question.  I had the cable modified by Steve Cox and bought an extra bottom shaft for it.  Makes changing coils so much quicker.  I hardly used it before I bought the 13" Ultimate so nearly new.

How does £95 for the two sound ? or make me an offer.

Almost spot on. The bottom is strait to the top of the bottom shaft and the top is curly.  The idea being you leave the bottom shaft on (no screwing or un-screwing) and the top shaft just slides over the curly bit and you connect to machine.

Hope the all makes sense.  The Coil is £122 new and the bottom shaft is £39  from Crawfords

Not at all Hoover.  I thought the idea of an extra shaft might appeal to you. Roll Eyes

Forgot the modification. Steve Cox reduced the length slightly and reconnected the curly bit. All kosha no probs. works as normal, just easier.

Being short I was having trouble collapsing the stem enough for a comfortable swing.
