I enjoyed Ghost Protocol and I loved World War Z, Independence day, Armageddon, Saving private Ryan, Hunt for red October, Thin Red line.

Would love to see them make Red Storm rising.

I'm  not much into 'Action' films but a really good compromise is a film called  'RED' (Retired, Extremely Dangerous)  it's an action comedy which I really enjoyed. Great cast as well...Bruce Willis, John Malkocich, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Byun Hun Lee, Anthony Hopkins & Helen Mirren.  Reccomended.
Another one is  'The Long Kiss Goodnight'  Can't remember who was in it but it was another one I enjoyed.

Last week, the wife and I watched the movie "All is lost" staring Robert Redford. I wouldn't say that it was the best movie we have ever seen but I found it to be very thought provoking and left me wondering how it "really" ended.

A bit like the movie "Gravity"! Did she survive; or was she passing over into a new dimension?  Wink

Yes I got that as well but didn't think it was quite as good as RED 1.  Spent half an hour looking for Jack Reacher only to be reminded one of our Sons 'borrowed' it in March  Roll Eyes
Would you believe he borrowed a dozen or more films and gave John a handful back last time he visited.  I thought Great Star Trek into Darkness is back I'll watch that.  Guess what,    he'd only sent an empty sleeve. He's still got the disk. Angry
