If you go into PROFILE. Top left hand corner of page. Then Forum Profile Information, you will see a few things you can change including your pic.Hope this helps.

Just changed my pic using the same procedure.

1) Click PROFILE top left hand
2) Click Forum Profile Information
3) Click I will Upload My Own Picture
4)Click Browse and pick the picture you wish to use as an Avatar from your own files
5) Click Change Profile at bottom of page.

Should be job done. I just changed my Av again to make sure it works

if the pic is too large you'll have to reduce  the size a bit and try again,
