That's very generous of you guys, the school has had to absorb another school this year, council are cutting right left and centre.

Midastouch I am on Slimmingworld plus I am attending the gym regularly. Many of the longer term members will remember me at the begginning of the year, barely being able to walk more than a 100 yards. I am now hill speed walking/jogging and running between 30 mins and 60 mins a day - as well as weightlifting and swimming.

My spinal arthritis is a distant and faded memory with what I would class as a 90% improvement with hardly any painkillers anymore.  Smiley
good on you Rob Smiley

Go on then - in addition to the tenner already pledged - I'll give you £5 for every stone you lose.

*Update*

Another 2lb loss this week. So I have now hit the 4 stone loss mark. Not sure I'll make the 7 stone loss target by Christmas but I will give it my best shot Cheesy
