Ok guys, I've held off for a while because every time I've tried, I've failed. I would like to make a request. I  would like to get some new sports equipment for the kids. Funds are so low at the moment and I know the school would make great use of anything raised.

I'm aiming to lose seven stone in weight, I have lost 51.5 lb so far (3stone 9.5lb) If I reach my target, then and only then will you have to pay the sponsorship. I know ther e is a million other worthy causes to raise money for however this is something that directly affects my family so indirectly affects me Smiley

That's very generous of you guys, the school has had to absorb another school this year, council are cutting right left and centre.

Midastouch I am on Slimmingworld plus I am attending the gym regularly. Many of the longer term members will remember me at the begginning of the year, barely being able to walk more than a 100 yards. I am now hill speed walking/jogging and running between 30 mins and 60 mins a day - as well as weightlifting and swimming.

My spinal arthritis is a distant and faded memory with what I would class as a 90% improvement with hardly any painkillers anymore.  Smiley
