Today i returned to a local farm which has only ever thrown up post med finds.

the very first signal of the day was a shock to the system .... this little beauty popped out from just below the surface.

was i surprised ... yep, very much so   Grin Grin

..and then, i got a grot, a piece of greyware and an object which i think could be a piece of roman armour [it was found very close to the fibula].
