ok I think the 4th one down with the wide blade is a hide scrapper , the little un with the hooked shaft and small blade / edge is a profile type tool for adding decorative lines to leatherwork

2nd one looks to be a paring type knife the 3rd looks to be a kind of branding iron maybe

The second one is not sharp but vets do use it but not nowadays
the third is  a glazing iron use to smooth leather

right on the bottom one forceps clamping blood vessals top one is not a vets tool this one took much research to find its use

i will give you the last few Mike as they took much research
the very top is another two handed glazing tool used by cobblers to form soles and heel to boots and shoes
the next is a victorain vets castrating iron
and the other tool is a saDlers creaser which you use by putting into shoulder
