In the 70's there was an appearance on The Old Grey Whistle Test by John Otway and Wild Willy Barrett. John Otway was the mad one. Watch this video especially near the end when he jumps on top of the amplifiers. Believe it or not I actually went out and bought their debut album called Deep & Meaningless after this which was actually an excellent album. They are still gigging and have a cult following. Watch and Enjoy lol.
