... if not, who drew the stickman!!! ?

I've drawn a blank on this one Peter, its the size of an Eddie ha'penny but I can't make out the head on the obverse other than some stick man holding a spear. Any ideas (or which way round I should be looking at it)?

You've almost got it the right way round.

I believe it may be a halfpenny of Henry V with the broken annulet by the crown so worn it appears to be a large pellet:
