Looks like the top off a early childs rattle some of the best ones are silver ? My thoughts anyway see what everyone else thinks  Grin

Looking at the photo its hard to tell the size of the item, but I was with Steve when he found it and you will struggle to fit it on the end of your little finger.......

I thought the same as Val when I first seen it a fancy bottle top/cap looking on the net I think she's right saying perfume, it looks to be part of a perfume necklace there is 100s of different fancy types.

If it's  that tiny, it's probably off a Vinaigrette.  Either hanging or bottle sort.  Very nice find Steve.
