The two hammereds are very rolled, strange to find two like that close together.
Are they a James and a Elizabeth?

Hi Dale, yes I believe they are a James and a Lizzie, since been told that they were rolled to hang around the neck with string but not sure  what for? Maybe to keep your money close to your chest or as jewellery   Huh

I know the plough do roll hammered coins, but them two do look tight and deliberate.
There even the same size coin so its possible they was used for something Wink

I found a rolled Mary groat last year but to find two in the same place is interesting Undecided I have my doubts on the string theory as we would find more of them the only theory at the moment is that they are religious offerings ie wishing coins. The "bracelet" looks to be one piece of metal cast to look like two pieces braided together if so then it's probably quite modern Undecided

With the aid of Deadlocks cooking stove Wink No that one was bent not rolled, these would take some rolling to get them so tight.

Ah right... Wink

It sure would...... Its amazing how it happens... I suppose if its positioned right in the ground with 150 horses hitting it I don't think its got much of a choice but to roll Grin Wink
