Hi all
These are the best finds I had from Thursday morning, the sand is very high on the beach at the moment so back to fields again I think.

And I had one of those 'Golly' badges when I was a youngster.

Good finds there Al. and in good condition as well off the beach.  You found more silver in one trip than I did all year.

That little one, like Chantals, does look like a Hammie.

yes val it does , iv got three of them off that beach, all silver and all bashed up by being on a beach.im pretty sure one of mine is a tudor coin with a crown and rose below it . the others are too messed up to see what they are. the place is so old they could easily date back to any period.

Nice to have an 'old' used area like that.  We have a friend who told us that many years ago a friend of his used to find loads of buckles and coins in one area of beach down Swansea way.  They were told  it used to be where the small boats would settle at low tide to unload and the sailors would jump off, loosing buckles and coins in the process.
Spose it's in the Marina now  Huh
