I was sorting out what to put in the bin from todays trip and when I picked up what I thought was a washer or something, I noticed the black stuff was peeling off.  I had a little prod and poke, as you do, and I think I might (just might) have found a tiny GOLD ring.
Pici attached,  what do you think ??

Could well be JCB.  I know they still make 'cut out' rings that fit around an Engagement ring. Never seen one this thin before though.
I picked it up and said to Hubby 'If I can find this I know I can find a ring if I walk over it'  Ha!.Great.

Many thanks for your comments. I've tried hard enough for the past 4 years so I reckon it's about due. Wink

Cant see any hall marks, do you think that means any thing.

Flippin eck Val, I would have thought that the presentation box was a good clue to it being a gold ring, and the box is in such good condition as well!!!!   Grin
