I think the one silver item is upside down. I thinks its a treble clef brooch...

Silver is a hat pin, minus the pin.

Gold item is what I think is one part of a fob seal.

I did think it was what you said but I see a hat pin on one of the TV antiques shows a few years ago of a similar design.
