Found this little critter at Talacre some months ago. Can anyone confirm my initial suspicions that it may be a percussion cap or detonator?  Smiley

Has it got a thread on the inside of the end with the hole in Chris?

Hi Richie,
looking into the open end, it looks to be grooved or threaded; but that end is cone shaped and I can't see a thread functioning properly on the inside of a cone!  Huh

Looks like its got a smaller hole after the tapered grooved bit?
