Hi all went to the beach this evening for a couple of hours used the blisstool v2i,
I can't make out the coin above the cat broach it does have a look of gold about any ideas what it could be.
The pin is a cool find.

That was a good couple of hours digging.   The pin looks like a hat pin. They were sometimes silver, have you tested it.
Tried standing on my head but a bit stiff these days.  What about a pic of that on it's own

It could be an early George 4th sixpence but it's only a guess.  It's very worn. Praps some one else with more experience might have a guess at it.

Hi adt,  The bright coloured coin looks copper to me, at first glance I thought it be a George VI farthing it looks about the right size, and he is left facing, but the hair doesn't match up..... Anything on the other side? im thinking foreign?
