Hello all
A beach local to me has expose loads of coins, two friends on mine where walking there this evening and kept picking up coins some old and some modern and a  1907 gold sovereign all just just lying on the top, they called me i went with the detector found a handful of coins but it got to dark.
I can't wait to get back there, the beach is very very low as old stumps have been exposed there.

Can we all come  Grin

I was told by the old fella in the car park hut at Saunderfoot that his Dad used to do that after there had been a good Easterly gale.  He gave him a half crown that he kept for years after his Dad died and then he lost it. I'd found one that day so I took it home, cleaned it up and gave it to him next time I went.  It was so touching, I thought he was going to cry.

Best of luck when you go back. Hope you find something nice.
