Out for a couple of hours today, on an old permission that i have not done for a few years.

This permission, used to give up lots of lead bag seals, and did'nt let me down today lol.

Bag seals, couple of corroded Georgians, pigeon ring, watch winder etc.

Then out popped my first Gold Coin ( Vicky Half Sovereign 1866 )

I am over the moon  Grin Grin

There's something very special about a gold coin. What a lovely find. Fascinates me how they come out of the mud and dirt looking like they've been there a day instead of hundreds of years.
